You agree not to use BacklinkSubmit to:

• Submit malicious websites, phishing links, illegal content, malware, or deceptive redirects.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute raw copies of our proprietary directory database without written permission.
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the BacklinkSubmit infrastructure, API endpoints, or extension synchronization systems.

4. Third-Party Websites & Indexing Disclaimer

Backlink opportunities listed on our platform link to independent, third-party web domains. Each third-party directory enforces its own editorial policies, approval timelines, and pricing tiers. While BacklinkSubmit continually audits Domain Rating (DR) and domain responsiveness, we do not guarantee specific indexing speeds, acceptance rates, or Google ranking changes, which remain subject to third-party editors and search engine algorithms.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Pro subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your renewal at any time directly through your account billing settings. If you experience technical defects preventing software usage, please reach out within 7 days of initial purchase for review.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BacklinkSubmit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform or third-party directory listings.
